WooshBall actually has 2 meanings.

1. It can mean the balls used with a WooshBat.

These balls offer players fun options for different games, whether they want short, mid, or long playing fields.

2. But also, WooshBall is THE GAME played when you’re using a WooshBat and WooshBalls. In this regard, it’s similar to baseball. You play baseball, AND you use baseballs when you do. It’s the same with WooshBall!

Whether you want a shorter game with whiffle balls, a mid-range game with plastic or foam balls, or a long game with tennis balls, WooshBat will eat it up.

And don’t worry, we have WooshBalls that are a perfect match for any depth of play you could want!

Because of how a WooshBat is made, you can actually adjust the string tension for different ball types as well as to keep them tight over time. At the top of the bat is a screw that, when tightened, also tightens all the strings.

How will you know what tension to keep them at? The WooshBat tuner application allows you to easily “tune” your bat to the perfect tension! Eventually, like a racket, new strings might be needed, but replacing them is relatively easy and inexpensive. What this means is that this is the LAST bat you’ll ever need to buy to play your favorite ball games.

It is Mike and Tazio’s dream to create a whole new WooshBall league. Because of the bat’s design, it encourages anyone to smack the ball a long way. We’re excited to have a league of ball-playing where, regardless of age, gender, stature, etc., everyone can be great!

Clearly there are similarities, but the intention of WooshBall is to make a new game that's super fun for players and spectators! What is guaranteed is that Wooshball will be a fast-paced game with lots of hitting, running, and great fielding. It's all about the action! We're already playing variations of the game with friends and family, but we're actually looking to crowdsource the creation of the game's constructs. More to come!

The goal is to make WooshBall accessible to any and everyone. Boys and girls, young and old, big or small, weak or strong. To do this, there might be some variations on the game to accommodate. But either way, it will be fun to pitch, hit, and move!
